Issues I had experienced seem to have been resolved.
Paid aprox.$6,000.00 for hearing aids. About three years ago. Service them according to recommendations. They have a warranty. The seller books appointments. My last visit, go in one hearing aid is damaged internal. $750.00 for repair. Big smile on the owner’s face. Your warranty has expired! This is in April. Warranty expired in February! They know when it will expire. Do they call and tell me, No! They could of booked the tune-up appointment earlier. How much for new ones? $6,900.00 bigger smile. It was a good experience from Mary, the receptionist to Dr. Sotiripoulos. Very courteous, efficient and professional. In addition, the office environment was warm, engaging with interesting reading articles and decor.
