I can only speak to the level if care from one audiologist, and that experience is stellar. Lindsey Portugal is a competent, caring clinician who consistently addresses my issues and concerns. Her approach to patient care is without equal. Lindsey listens (no pun intended) carefully and provides information in ways that are understandable by the layperson. I would like to think Lindsey represents a work ethic and commitment to patient care that is characteristic of the entire practice.
I was impressed from my very first visit with the audiologist. Susan Harris was so professional and informative as well as being patient oriented. I was not rushed and given the information necessary to make hearing aid decision. No pressure or sales job. Nothing left to the imagination. Office staff were very cordial. This office is a five star operation. They care about the patient.

I've been a client of Hearing Professionals since 2021. In that time I've had three different pairs of hearing aids (covered by insurance). I couldn't be happier. Brittany, the audiologist, is amazingly competent,thorough, and responsive. I would highly recommend this practice on Dempster and Potter in Niles.
Dr. Lindsey Portugal is fantastic. She figures out what the problem is and fixes it. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and patient. She is the best.
