The service is adequate but beware that they are closed four days a week. That's a long time to go without hearing. I believe it is unreasonable for customers to be without help.
I wish to my deep appreciation to the members of all the staff at Zounds which I have had contact with for all of their knowledgeable, pleasant and prompt assistance in dealing with my Siemens / Signia hearing aids.
