Dr Looney is the BEST! She has gone out of the way several times to help me and gone over and beyond to make sure all my hearing needs were met. Plus she is funny, personable and also highly informed about all the current products. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone you can count on
I made an appointment with Dr. Michelle Looney for a second opinion. Little did I know that she would become my new audiologist. She's patient and caring and so knowledgeable. I wasn't doing too well with my current hearing aids and thought I might need a change. She made an adjustment to my existing pair. It's been amazing.
The best audiologist I’ve ever dealt with, by far. Dr. Looney is, not only incredibly knowledgeable, but truly cares about her patients. She’s actually come out to our home on more than one occasion to help my wife, Nancy, and me.
I went to see Dr Looney for routine maintenance on my 18 mom old hearing aids. I was having an issue with sound quality and Dr Looney addressed it in two different ways that resulted in improvement. Sound quality is very subjective and Dr Looney was sensitive to my perceptions. I am seeing her again in one week to determine the extent of the improvement and see if additional adjustments are required. Dr Looney was serious, purposeful and had a great manner
