Dr Looney is always attentive to my feedback of what I'm looking to improve in my hearing devices. She explained how the programming adjustment would best satisfy on achieving certain sounds that I was missing. At the end, she reminds me to reach out with any follow-up concerns. Her office staff is a pleasure too!
Dr Looney is very pleasant and professional. She gave me several options for new hearing aids, discussed the pros and cons of each before giving me a hearing test. The whole interview process was not hurried and I was given the chance to ask questions. Overall, Dr Looney went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend her as well as the office staff.
Dr Looney in Jupiter is a great audiologist. She is very knowledgeable and patient. When she doesn't know the answer she is very resorceful and uses many options to find the correct answer.
I have been experiencing difficulties with my hearing aids adjustments. Dr Looney has demonstrated that she wants to improve my hearing aid experience. Today the manufacture representatives set out to correct the problems that I’m experiencing, they were thoughtful and helpful. I appreciate the effort that Dr Looney has displayed and look forward to resolving any issues in the future.
Dr Looney saved my life. Not only is she super nice she’s right on helping me adjust to my new found life.
