Very good if you only need hearing aids. But when hearing aids were no longer sufficient, I had to go elsewhere. I went to Tampa Bay Hearing and Balance where I got a cochlear implant that improved my hearing dramatically.
I highly recommend Dr Looney. She was extremely knowledgeable. She took time to go over my concerns. I never felt rushed. Dr Looney performed a few tests and went over them in depth. The front desk was kind and friendly. What an extraordinary experience. Thank you.
Dr Looney is the BEST! She has gone out of the way several times to help me and gone over and beyond to make sure all my hearing needs were met. Plus she is funny, personable and also highly informed about all the current products. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone you can count on
I made an appointment with Dr. Michelle Looney for a second opinion. Little did I know that she would become my new audiologist. She's patient and caring and so knowledgeable. I wasn't doing too well with my current hearing aids and thought I might need a change. She made an adjustment to my existing pair. It's been amazing.
