Very professional and welcoming. Concerned about my stage of hearing loss. Took very good care of me and I recommend them.
Did a great job.
The audiologist was very nice. However...prior to setting up the appointment, I called and asked if they accepted my insurance. I was told yes, so I set the appointment. Went in and had to fill out all that paperwork for NOTHING. Then was told they didn't accept my insurance! Not very happy!
Great staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. They took their time and are very thorough. If you are experiencing hearing loss this is the place to go
