Not a happy camper. Came for hearing evaluation. Instead, got a sales pitch. Of course, NO hearing evaluation.
I went in with my husband to adjust his hearing aids. In the process of setting his hearing aids to my voice, the specialist found out that I had some hearing loss too. I didn’t have an appointment, but she tested me anyway. She felt that I also needed hearing aids. Due to the expense of both of us wearing aids, she said she could adjust his old ones for me to use. Now I don’t have to struggle to hear a conversation. Thank you Hearing Life!
