The Doctor of Audiology at the Conway office was very professional and thorough with my hearing test and her recommendations. All of my questions were clearly answered and my concerns were addressed. This provided much confidence in performance of my new hearing aids and future support.

Dr. Michelle is awesome! She is thorough in diagnostics, explaining every detail of my results and the best hearing aide for me. She demonstrates professionalism and kindness. One can’t help but adore her as she works with your hearing needs.
Initially, I was a bit apprehensive when dealing with Rachel in Pine Bluff, but she quickly made me feel comfortable. I knew when driving to Conway that I was probably going to end the visit with a pair of hearing aids that I wouldn’t be happy or comfortable with. Little did I know that Rachel had shared a brief description of my last hearing aids, and Dr. Briley hit the ground running.
