Extremely friendly, friendly, professional and helpful
Had a hearing test done & the doctor explained & showed me a visual aid to show me what is causing my loss of hearing. She is a great Doctor and her staff are so friendly.
I was not on board with getting my hearing checked, but my wife was adamant that it was time. On the morning of my appointment I was still feeling very resistant, but then Wendy put me completely at ease. The testing she did was extremely thorough and she did a great job of explaining why our hearing is more important than just being able to hear. I was grateful for her time and attention for both me and my wife.
Very caring and patient.
