I was treated poorly. Rick acted like he didn’t care about getting me the help I needed. This was not a good experience and will not be returning.
Company doesn’t write off what your insurance allows. That is why I have insurance. Do not sign the patient waiver.

They aren't on my insurance network so I didn't really want to take up any of their time with testing. But they were awesome with helping me find someone that does take my insurance. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't have United Healthcare insurance. However I was told my insurance is great.
