Great group of people, they are helpful and knowledgeable.
Very helpful and experienced staff. Quickly followed up with ordering needed equipment. Explained exam and results well.
I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. The hearing doctor didn’t introduce himself but I gathered that his name was Rick while I was waiting to be seen. He was very nice and thorough. My hearing was fine. He did tell me that I have tinnitus and went over what that with me. I would say it went very well.
Everyone is friendly, professional, and most of all patient with all my questions. Seem very sincere in making the transition to hearing aides a pleasant experience.
