Excellent service, very informative and pleasant. Environment.
They aren't on my insurance network so I didn't really want to take up any of their time with testing. But they were awesome with helping me find someone that does take my insurance. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't have United Healthcare insurance. However I was told my insurance is great.
Return policy is crap. By Oklahoma law, they can charge 10% of price of hearing aids or $150. Before the sale, I can't remember the # of "courtesy calls" I got reminding me of my appointment for testing. After the sale I got no reminder of my 1 week follow up appointment and so I missed it. Sitting at home one day my left hearing aid fell out of ear, when I noticed it was missing I had to search the house, fortunately I found it.Typical retail service, once the sale is final so is your value to the retailer.
