We had a really positive experience during the hearing test. The specialist was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They explained each step clearly and took the time to go over my results in a way that was easy to understand. The process was thorough but efficient, and I appreciated how attentive and patient they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a hearing evaluation.
Very nice receptionist helpful with a referral to audionova
I was greatly impressed with my visit. I was late for appointment, but took me in anyway. Receptionist was extremely nice and understanding my non techno abilities. The specialist took time to explain what my options were and explained some of the issues I was having and why. When I do get ready to replace my hearing aids it will be with Hearing Life. Going to start buying my supplies from Hearing Life immediately. God bless and keep you all. I'm a customer for life.
