Friendly and respectful Quick and easy appointment
Haley is simply one of a kind. Hearing Lab hearing aides are top of the line but the audiologist makes a huge difference as well. Haley listens, is so intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and understanding. We now drive a bit of a distance to follow her at her current location because she is that unique. The office itself is well run, clean, organized, and the receptionist is exceptional as well. My husband and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Haley is very professional and helped me to understand my hearing loss.
Great place fast and friendly
Great spot. Beautiful office. Mary at front desk is polite, cheerful and helpful. Audiologist Haley? Was very thorough in explaining the status of my hearing and the choices I have in selecting hearing aids.unlike others. They don’t ask you to pay upfront and await reimbursement from insurance. They bill the insurance directly. Their return policy is just. Now we will wait for the hearing aids . As they say, proof will b in the pudding.
