Very clean. Hearing Specialist was very personable and warm. Very professional.

The Hearing Lab is one of the most professional, thorough, and accommodating health checkup stops for me each year. They go out of their way to explain the diagnosis in straightforward terms and then are great with laying out your options. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to learn more about their own hearing issues.
BEWARE ** The Hearing Lab is listed as a BCBS In-Network provider. They are not!!! I even asked when I was on the phone making the appointment. I took time off from work too. So frustrating. If you only have mild to moderate hearing loss they will not help you and they will not reach out to your BCBS insurance to check coverage. (They said it was their corporate policy) they didn’t even ask if I wanted to pay out of pocket they just told me I didn’t need anything just yet.
