Very positive. Laura was excellent. I would recommend this place. I felt respected, and that my concerns were brought into lights and considered.
My mother was having problems hearing, turns out her hearing aid was not working properly at all. Laura took the time to go over options with my mom. The aid was sent out for repair and now she is back to enjoying conversations again. Thank You Laura Kruppe for your time and patience.

Laura was helpful, relatable, and professional. I had a great experience! Also-as somewhat of a side note-the front desk attendant was super efficient. It was the first time the information that I provided (ahead of time) for an office visit of any kind was actually entered into the forms for me to complete! Thank you-I usually have to input the info multiple times.
