Laura is always helpful to my mother. If there's a problem with the hearing aids, she tries to figure it out by asking different questions. Sometimes, that's not easy when working with a person with dementia. Laura is always kind and attentive and she knows what she's doing. Aleksa is also really nice and happily helps me when I have to reschedule my mom's appointments for various reasons. Highly recommend the Wheaton and Tinley Park Hearing Lab locations.
They took very good care of my Dad. Repaired his hearing aid right there and adjusted the sound clarity. I will always go to them ans will recommend them to family and friends.
