The experience at the Hearing Institute was excellent. Whole staff from reception to testing were extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend to friends and family.
I have been coming to Amplifon in Oakville since 2017. I've always had great experiences with the my hearing aids, the Audiologists and even the person at the front desk. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced, very friendly and go above and beyond to meet my needs.
clinic runs 30 minutes behind, clinic must be booking more people than they can see. for a private clinic, it must be all about the $$ they can make.
Amazing service, great staff and thorough examination unlike previous experience elsewhere. They carry top brands and helped me choose the right hearing aid that suits my needs. A great experience with my first hearing aid. Highly recommend.
