The relationship with Hearing Innovations for our family has not been happy. After very many return trips to get the aids comfortable and effective, it was determined that perhaps wax was causing the problem. The instruments used by the audiologist to clear the wax were so inappropriate, they have caused ongoing pain. Ultimately a doctor removed the wax painlessly. My 90 year old mum was visiting us in Singapore and desperately needed new hearing aids. She plans to be with us until end of March. The price for the new state of the art Signia 7IX hearing aids in Singapore was more than double of that in UK or Australia. As we were going to Sydney for 3 weeks I contacted Hearing Innovations, also recommended by Signia as one of their suppliers.
