Erin is an amazing, caring, friendly lady who listens to my concerns and helps to support these issues.
I went to Hearing Help to simply have wax removed from my ears but Erin Seamer quickly identified an ear infection which I then had attended to by my GP. Also however the tests Erin did provided important awareness of my hearing. The wax removal process was gentle and effective. I recommend Hearing Help.
Erin is fantastic with kids, and my daughter even said her hearing test was 'fun'! Thank you for explaining the process in a meaningful way. Your professional but relatable manner is a great fit for parents. Highly recommend!
Incredibly aware of the “where’s and how’s” of Audiology. They looked after the whole journey, finding where I fitted into the system and seeing it to the end. I would recommend this practice to everyone, young but especially older patients. Everything was well planned and easy for me to achieve.
