I'm a previous True North customer/patient. My first visit to AudioNova this July 2026 was very positive. The staff is friendly and professional. The testing completed was superior to True Norths methods, the testing equipment was better yielding more accurate and definitive results and the final test results transferred neatly to the Hearing Aid Programing. I am getting calls from "Audio Nova" saying I had an appt. with them. Several years ago, I went to True North Hearing at the same address before it changed to Audio Nova. I stopped doing business with True North several years ago because they stopped doing business with Maine Dept of Labor. I have not gone to them since that time. I resent these annoying phone calls as it is deceptive and untrue.
Very friendly and very professional!!
The people are polite and caring. I have had to return numerous times because the hearing aids were not working properly. I don't hold this against the staff.
