The people are polite and caring. I have had to return numerous times because the hearing aids were not working properly. I don't hold this against the staff.

I did something wrong not them, worked fine, then they made me send out for cleaning, came back damage, of corse my fault not their issue, and wouldnt check, send aids out worked fine came back damaged and blamed me not covered my fault morin augusta maine.
