Wont let you in the store unless you have a appointment..made my 84 year old mother wait a half hour outside in the snow...this is not customer service..this store sucks..dont get anything from them...they have to send the hearing aids away to fix them...took 3 weeks before my mother got her one back..then had to send the other one away as well
