Sept. 2025 - TruEar is the place to go if you are looking for friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. My technician, named Victor was very helpful in making me comfortable for testing my hearing and explained the entire process for me . I am enjoying my hearing aids now, and find that I can hear conversation much more clearly and do not have to crank up the volume on my TV as I used to do. My wife doesn’t mumble anymore! Wow!!! it’s been five years since I bought my super great hearing aids from True Ear. They have worked flawlessly and perfectly. Due to my mishandling, I damaged one of the earpieces. I called True Ear and they knew exactly who I was even after several years. I actually mailed my hearing aids back because I’m from out of town.
