I have had hearing aids for over 15 years. Oticon is the fourth set I’ve had and I have had them for a couple of years. They are the best I have had. Everyone in the office is exceptional.
Dr. Victor explained how the ear canal is shaped how mine is different, in order to help me understand the challenges with my wax build up. We was able to help at the appointment and gave me some tips to do at home. He love his job and helping people and it shows. I will go back again if I need further help.
