In my opinion, he is unethical. One hearing aid quit working. I took it to him and he said it was dead, that he would send it back to the manufacturer or I could buy a new set for over 7k. He kept it, called me 2 working days later - it was back & working. I checked with the manufacturer, he never sent it to them. He charged me $499.00 and the place where I originally purchased them verified all this for me as well as stating he over charged me to ‘replace the wire’.
Best doctor for your hearing aids, I have been to 4 and no one compares to his services, the staff is the best around Davidson County
