Dishonorable service. Knowing that my insurance will fully pay for hearing tests only to be turned away when it came time to order the hearing aids. Due to my insurance not paying upfront. How many insurance companies pay upfront for any assistive device? Why did you waste my time?

I had to take my next door neighbor there cause she left her hearing aids on in the shower and she made a call and they got her an appointment at 1:30. We got there and we're greeted by the Dr. and she took her hearing aids in the back and 15 minutes later we were out of there. She was happy to have her hearing aids again, she could hear again.
It's been a while since I saw a doctor who actually listened to me and say with me in their office to discuss options. It is actually irony that I went to an audiology professional who knows how to "listen". Interestingly enough, their recommendation was that it's too soon for hearing aids, but we will monitor my hearing performance every couple of years. I am quite pleased with how I was treated here with professional courtesy and respect.
