Dr. Tudor has been wonderful to work with. My tech skills are pretty basic, but she takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I can use the app and the accessories (dongal, TV adapter and remote mic). The hearing aids have worked really well, and the accessories create so many more options for enhanced use of the hearing aids. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend her practice.
Dishonorable service. Knowing that my insurance will fully pay for hearing tests only to be turned away when it came time to order the hearing aids. Due to my insurance not paying upfront. How many insurance companies pay upfront for any assistive device? Why did you waste my time?

I had to take my next door neighbor there cause she left her hearing aids on in the shower and she made a call and they got her an appointment at 1:30. We got there and we're greeted by the Dr. and she took her hearing aids in the back and 15 minutes later we were out of there. She was happy to have her hearing aids again, she could hear again.
