Randy was extremely professional and I would like to have tried a hearing aid from the clinic, but I did not learn until well into the consultation that Belltone Longmont no longer took my insurance; the Belltone phone scheduler had told me they took my specific insurance and the receptionist took a copy of my insurance card at check in. Their failure of communication wasted my time and theirs.
