Not the same since Michelle Smith audiologist left. Now they're temporary closed. No information on where to take hearing aids if you have a problem.
I would not recommend this place at all. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return their calls or emails. They tell you you’re in for a trial and there’s no cost to you and then they say they’re going to need to fax and call your insurance company and they don’t do it and I give them all the information to do it, I give them the fax number and the phone number And then I found out my insurance would cover it all but because I was going to use Insurance, they were going to charge me an additional $143 I would never go th... read more
