I went there to get a hearing aid battery replaced in one hearing aid. I was greeted by a young man that said he could do it for me for $75 I was in shock at the price because I had one replaced the week prior for $30. when I questioned the price, he told me to take my hearing aid and leave I then told him he tried to rip me off because I am 82 years old. the previous week I had gone to a hearing aid office 40 miles away when my hearing aid stopped working and it took 5 min to replace it. Wanted to get hearing aids for my husband but Thay never called back I guess that don’t want my business .
Never called back about my insurance coverage & trying to get an appointment was another problem.
Excellent service and caring audiologist.
