Very friendly and helpful and caring about your hearing
The salesperson and general manager in charge of my "experience" was very nice and had a professional manner, meaning he was perfect in helping me overcome my shock that the hearing test showed a significant deficit in hearing. I was impressed also that not only does he fit and sell the earbuds, he also single-handedly repairs those earphones in need of care. I would highly recommend this company.
