Service and product was terrible . Called the office to see what options I had to upgrade or to possibly customize the product to correct hearing deficiencies. Their response was once the 60 day trial period is over there is nothing they can do. Since I’m covered by insurance I will have to purchase a new pair. But it certainly will not be from Hearing Health Assoc.
