Dr Shapiro is an excellent audiologist. I’ve had hearing aids for almost thirty years with numerous audiologists and I put Dr Shapiro at the top of the list. She has been an excellent listener. She, with her knowledge and experience, has given me an excellent result. She always finds time to speak to you or quickly get you in for an unexpected appointment. It is such a relief to know that Dr Shapiro is there when I need her for all my hearing needs. I highly recommend this office.
The Dr was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I wore them and I feel very comfortable with them on no dizziness. Thank you.
The front desk was amazing , they knew me before I even said my first name not to mention. Dr Ramirez was outstanding and very patient with me. I could not be happier with the staff. Outstanding quality of service, my daughter pick a great place to get my new hearing aids from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
