I had a hearing test and a full hearing aid service Kim Shapiro and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The test was explained thoroughly, and everything was reviewed in a way that was easy to understand. The staff was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling confident and very satisfied with the care I received. Highly recommend!
