Outstanding staff, excellent customer service

When I went in for my second visit I explained that the microphone felt loose and was given a small wire that was supposed to keep it in place. It didn’t. The microphone fell out of my ear and was lost. I am now out $1500 and have nothing to show for it.
I had a wonderful experience at Hearing Life! Dr. Talamo treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. She is a true professional in her field, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. The office is beautiful and the office staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I left with hearing aids that are just perfect for my needs. I am truly thankful.
