The ongoing service here is terrible. I have had two appointments cancelled but was never notified. I recently sent one of my hearing aids in for service. When I called to follow-up I learned they had received it back two days earlier and never informed me. The did not know whether the returned aid was programmed and could not give me an appointment for two weeks. Getting the hearing aid was great. The initial service was good, but now I can't trust them.
