This place is amazing! Starr is so nice and always has a smile on her face. Dr. Vowel is incredible and very kind. I had ear wax removal. She used a suction device to remove the wax. Feel so much better now. 10/10 would highly recommend!
Dr Vowell is amazing and explained my hearing loss in a way that was easy for me to understand. She's very knowledgeable and offers extra help and suggestions for a first time hearing aid wearer like myself as I figure out noise reduction, speech clarity, etc. Everyone is different and Dr Vowell listens to you and tries to make your improved hearing an amazing and enjoyable journey! Dr. Vowell was thorough and informative. She explained everything in a way I could understand, and I didn't feel rushed when I had questions. The receptionist, Starr, was friendly, and the office was very clean. I usually dread getting my hearing tested, but this was a much better experience than usual.

The receptionist, Starr, was friendly, and the office was very clean. I usually dread getting my hearing tested, but this was a much better experience than usual.
I felt like my questions didn’t get answered and there was no follow through on the tests that didn’t work or checking to see if I could get amplification. When I called back to ask more questions after my appointment, I was told the Dr. doesn’t talk to patients and they would follow up via email. I never received an email. We were very unhappy when we left and with the follow up.
