Very friendly and helpful! Great customer service
The staff is very professional and has state-of-the-art equipment for testing your hearing. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable about insurance information and it was all handled for me. I am very happy I went to this clinic for my hearing health and would highly recommend them.
Excellent technicians offering in-depth testing, variety of options and always ready to help fix or discuss issues. Nicole in Essex is so knowledgeable.
When I was there everyone took their time and felt like it was a very thorough process and glad I went.
