My husband and I have been going there for over a year. Every time we go the office is spotless and well maintained. Very one is so friendly and helpful. Audiologist takes his time and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend them.
I just got off the phone with Hearing Depot to order a replacement portable charger for my hearing aids. I've had hearing aids for about 9 months now, and doing anything has been frustrating. I fully anticipated that my conversation with this company was going to be difficult and frustrating, and I could not have been more wrong. Makayla, the person I spoke with, demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and friendliness I have only encountered in this industry one other time so far. Everyone at the hearing depot treated me great and took care of all of my hearing issues!
Dr. Fluke is excellent! Very knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and friendly. My new replacement hearing aids have changed my life. They are the same brand as my old hearing aids, but with new technology. They are amazing! Ambient noise is nearly completely eliminated!
