My husband and I have been going there for over a year. Every time we go the office is spotless and well maintained. Very one is so friendly and helpful. Audiologist takes his time and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend them.
I just got off the phone with Hearing Depot to order a replacement portable charger for my hearing aids. I've had hearing aids for about 9 months now, and doing anything has been frustrating. I fully anticipated that my conversation with this company was going to be difficult and frustrating, and I could not have been more wrong. Makayla, the person I spoke with, demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and friendliness I have only encountered in this industry one other time so far. Jessica is absolutely wonderful :-) She helped me so much with my hearing aids and provides the highest level of customer service. I will tell all my friends and family how much I love Hearing Depot!!
They were very helpful and pleasant both in facilitating the return of an incorrect charger and finding the correct one and arranging for it to be sent to me. I received it the next day.
