I just got off the phone with Hearing Depot to order a replacement portable charger for my hearing aids. I've had hearing aids for about 9 months now, and doing anything has been frustrating. I fully anticipated that my conversation with this company was going to be difficult and frustrating, and I could not have been more wrong. Makayla, the person I spoke with, demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and friendliness I have only encountered in this industry one other time so far. Dr. Fluke is excellent! Very knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and friendly. My new replacement hearing aids have changed my life. They are the same brand as my old hearing aids, but with new technology. They are amazing! Ambient noise is nearly completely eliminated!
We love this place and Jessica! My husband is really hard on his hearing aids and they always take care of us. Thanks!🤠
