During our recent trip we realized my husband's hearing aide charger wasn't working. We found the Hearing Depot online and gave them a call. Mikayla answered the phone and confirmed they had the exact charger in stock and would gladly "overnight" it to us. To her word, it arrived the next day and was the correct charger...crisis adverted! They were very helpful and pleasant both in facilitating the return of an incorrect charger and finding the correct one and arranging for it to be sent to me. I received it the next day.
