I am having the same problem as last reviewer stated. I had called & left messages for the past several months for someone to contact me. Finally found personal number to tech who had to cancel our last appointment due to COVID, and told me the same thing about having to find work elsewhere. Same story, I had just had these for a year and need some help with my aids and cannot get anyone to help me. Money thrown down the drain.
My mom went here last year and we had a great experience, they taught us a lot, but told us that we would definitely have questions or things we didn't understand so we could always come back in. NOT! what a mess! We cannot get help for my mom. She can't wear the Sonic hearing aids because they don't work. We can't get even a call returned. The man who helped us, no longer works there due to the Covid shutdown. He gave her his friends number saying he would help, but can't get him to return her call. $3000.00 down the drain.... read more
Customer service before the sale is excellent. Had a hiccup later when we had to replace the hearing aides. My mother lost her first pair. But Spencer worked hard to make things right for is.
Today I was visited by Dr Chad at my home. He serviced and extensively adjusted my hearing aids that I have had for over a year from another audiology clinic. He didn’t just try to sell me new hearing aids. He was very pleasant, patient, and generous with his time. I feel like I have brand new hearing aids! I’m hearing better than I ever have with hearing aids. Almost feels like I have super hearing! Thank you! I would highly recommend the Hearing Department and Dr Chad!
I was present when Chad came to my mother's apartment to check on her new hearing aids. I was very impressed with his friendly and professional attitude and his patience while explaining various options to her. I wish he were working with my hearing aids!
