I am always very pleased with my visits. Taylor listens to my concerns and gives clear explanations about what the problem is and how it can be resolved. There is always a positive outcome. I n addition, I asked about making an appointment for a consultation for my husband, who has dementia. Taylor explained how he could be tested and how we could regulate the volume of the hearing aids for him. The receptionist is always very kind and helpful. I had a very productive visit. Thank you!
