Today was my first experience with Hearing Connection and I was very impressed by everyone and everything I heard or didn't but super great place. I look forward to seeing them again. Their devices seem top notch as was their customer service
RecommendedLOVE the Hearing Connection!! I stopped at their booth during the Boise Fall Home Show for a free hearing test and both Chanel and Reece were so great! Reece checked my ears and encouraged me to come in the next week for an ear cleaning. I got in the following Thursday and I couldn't have had a better experience! Loved the place!! Didnt know anybody in there and I felt like family. Cookies and coffee at the front. Everyone was super polite and efficient with there time. The expert that did the test was very thorough and did a great job of explaining everything as I wasn't sure what to expect. 5 stars!!
Reece is sooo patient with my 96 year old father, explaining to dad why his need for hearing aids hinders his dementia progressing... dad’s hard of hearing started when he was at the Battle of the Bulge during WWII, then the blasting of taconite in MN... dad has been in denial of hearing loss, but Reece perseveres and helps me with dad for him to understand why hearing aids are important...

The girls at the desk were awesome always willing to squeeze me in when I needed.Dustin did a remarkable job in testing my ears and then fitting my hearing aides. My overall experience was a very good one. I would definitely recommend hearing Connection to anyone needing hearing aides.
What is there not to recommend? The ladies behind the counters ares great! Dustin is the audiologist that I have dealt with the most. He always has a smile and always willing to engage in small talk as he goes along. Very pleasant and congenial. In short, Dustin makes Hearing Connections awesome!
