Robert is always very helpful if I have a problem or question. I had to have one of my aids sent in twice. Very easy to work with.I would buy hearing aids from them again no problem.
Bob has taken care of me and my three children over the years, I find him to be a very caring and competent audiologist. While in his office, we don't feel rushed and he answers all our questions and concerns. You're always in good hands when you see Bob!
Hearing Clinics had the necessary part to repair my hearing aid and was able to make the repair. They also checked over my hearing aids and give me helpful hints on inserting. them. I also was able to obtain batteries and wax guards.
Bob is thorough and very knowledgeable. He set me up with a great set of phonac hearing aids at a moderate price. He is always very helpful for any questions after the sale.
