I phoned Hearing Life to see if I needed to schedule an appointment because I was having a problem with my right hearing aid. No one was available at the time so I left a voicemail message. Fanta returned my call the next morning advising me that I didn't need an appointment. She advised me that I could get assistance between 1:00 - 2:00 on Wednesday because no one would be available on Tuesday. Fanta was very polite and helpful. I love the one -hour everyday walk in set up! It is so convenient to just drop in with a minor issue and not have to take up a whole appointment time! I had a minor issue with my charger and was in and out within 10 minutes! Great service too!
