Lauren did a superbly professional job with my test and evaluation. The hearing aids I purchased have been amazing. And the follow-up visit further tweaked the settings even further. Dr Fessler is a true professional. She completed a thorough hearing exam and explained everything in detail. She answered my questions and provided an excellent solution to improve my hearing. She has a genuine attention to detail and is very pleasant, willing to listen. A true 5 Star professional.
To say that Dr. Becker is passionate and caring about what she does is an understatement. She is genuinely concerned about ensuring the hearing aids you are fitted with provide maximum benefit to your hearing situation. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and makes the entire experience a positive one. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an audiologist, others I have been to in the past pale in comparison.
The hearing evaluation conducted by Dr Becker was very thorough. She explained the testing clearly through every step. She reviewed the test results and their significance to my hearing. Appointment was on time and exam completed efficiently. I have great confidence in her evaluation and found her recommendation helpful and reasonable. I highly recommend Dr Becker for hearing evaluations.
I cannot say enough good things about Alaina Becker. She took time to make sure I understand the results of all of my tests. She was extremely meticulous and thorough. Her professionalism, calm and exceptional communication skills put me at ease. I HIGHLY recommend her. I wish all doctors were as caring, patient and thorough.
