This is literally the WORST place ever. My sons appt has been rescheduled three times since covid reopening-appt canceled today in Fall River at 830am and rescheduled here for 1115. Got a call this morning saying needed new insurance info after the cancelation appt-no problem-called back twice and gave info to two different people. Made SURE to ask if everything was all set due to previous cancellations and insurance ect-yah all set see you later! Horrible billing practices. Twice I’ve been double billed. Recently I was threatened with collections only to find out that I actually paid the bill not once but twice. ( they like to send out the same bill months apart).
The Dartmouth office is operating in a very unsafe manner in this time of Covid-19. They had 4 patients at the front desk which was fine, but then six patients waiting in line in a small enclosed area- low ceiling narrow corridor, 7 patients in the waiting room. The patient checking in before me had been leaning on the counter and it was not wiped down after that.
