Was professional, friendly, thorough and had parts in stock so I didn’t have to send hearing aides in for repairs & wait for return
I went in to have my ears cleaned. I have a problem with the wax Build up was bad. JENNY the tech did a fantastic job and I was treated with great respect thank you Jenny.
Hearing Care Professionals provide excellent services at competitive prices. Other Lafayette area providers tried to sell me hearing aids that were not covered by my insurance at inflated prices. My hearing has improved and their customer service is excellent.
