Jenny and the staff were very friendly. Jenny was wonderful and very helpful with my husband getting his new hearing aids. I would highly recommend this place.
I was having trouble hearing out of my left ear and they did an amazing job figuring out the problem and getting hear aids.
I was looking for opportunities for my fathers hearing issues. Was referred to Hearing Professionals (Jenny Vandervate). She was very polite, had extreme patients with my father, when giving him the hearing test and explaining how to operate the hearing aides on his phone. She recommended a hearing aide to try for a couple weeks. He didnt seem there was much of a difference. So we returned them and she recommended another hearing aide. I recently had an appointment with Hearing Care Professionals at the Lafayette location. They were all very professional and showed concern for my hearing health. Jenny V. did a great job at putting my concerns at ease and explained the pros and cons of different models and what the pricing would be. If you need hearing assistance I recommend going here and scheduling with Jenny. Love her and would not trust anyone else. Thanks Jenny!
