Great local family owned clinic. Carson was amazing at explaining my situation! Leah was wonderful during the whole booking process and answered all my questions. 😀 I would recommend this place to family & friends. Thank you for your wonderful service.
My husband and I have found our hearing clinic, great staff (Leah is so personable) and Wilson the dog and we are set. Both went in for check today and glad we did, easy to get an appointment and a very friendly and knowlegeable office. Recommended.
I first started with the Hearing Care Clinic in Mill Bay and found their knowledge and expertise to be excellent! I am now using the Chemainus office. Carson is so knowledgeable and caring and his office manager Leah is a sweet heart and will make sure you have been looked after. If you need hearing advice, make this your first stop!

Fantastic customer service and care! I am a professional live sound mixer and went to get a hearing test, as well as molds for some custom musicians earplugs. Carson and the staff were extremely helpful and informative! They were even able to accommodate my appointment during a power outage by moving me to their mill bay location!! I have not yet received my earplugs, but I trust they will be excellent.
