Very thorough and explanation of every step in the sound booth, then again Ronni and Megan explained the process of financing. Even though the company that handled the financial end was down, I was ok with how everything was going, I just said that I'll make another appointment and come back. I was able to trust the women who were running the operation.
Efficient, friendly and professional. Took care of all my hearing needs in a timely manner.
