Dr. Thomas and Dr. Griffin are both excellent at analyzing and recommending solutions. Very impressed with their ability to communicate and explain, in detail, what my conditions are and how to fix them. Very impressed, very impressed.

Aug. 25, 2025, hearing test. I had a hearing test with Dr. Griffin two years earlier, and I was satisfied with the experience. Although I was not hearing any differently, I had recently had an earache and my ENT, seeing I last had my hearing checked two years ago, recommended a hearing test. This place wants to sell you the hearing aid but they do not want to repair it once something goes wrong oh yes they will clean it but they won’t repair it when the transmitter goes out but their website says they will replace or repair any manufactured part. I would try another place
Staff are very friendly and wait time is minimal. Testing is quick and easy. Audiologist is very informative and ready to answer any questions you may have regarding your hearing results.
