Dr. Nanduri was very generous, thorough, and patient throughout my visit. She kept me updated when my new hearing aid arrived and took the time to make sure everything was properly addressed. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Her receptionist was also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a very positive experience and truly appreciate the excellent care and service from Dr. Nanduri and her staff.
Made an appointment and wasn’t let in when arrived on time. Waited for 20 minutes and ultimately had my time wasted 🙃
