Good service, very helpful.
Made the effort to attend the shop in person, the receptionist was on the phone, did not even look up to acknowledge my presence, did not even say good afternoon I'll be with you in a moment. After 5 minutes of being ignored I just left. If that is the service you get even before you see someone I'd hate to see the service you get after.
