Just had a review test and was greeted with happy smiles from staff, thankyou to sweet Louise for the test and making it a relaxing time.😀
Staff were super friendly and I was in really quick!
Staff are great but phone contact is awful! Just wanted advice not available on website or in phone ( or if it is I can’t find it) and had to call on a 13 number with nothing but recorded information. As most of the hearing aid wearers are elderly and many unable to deal with the internet I would have thought this is one business which really needs a real person - at the local office - answering the phone and giving advice as necessary.
High quality advice, care and help. A culture that has been nurtured over many decades of service. As a deaf person I fell completely confident that I am receiving the best available support from this organisation in general and the Tweed Heads Office in particular. Graham
