Staff are great but phone contact is awful! Just wanted advice not available on website or in phone ( or if it is I can’t find it) and had to call on a 13 number with nothing but recorded information. As most of the hearing aid wearers are elderly and many unable to deal with the internet I would have thought this is one business which really needs a real person - at the local office - answering the phone and giving advice as necessary.
High quality advice, care and help. A culture that has been nurtured over many decades of service. As a deaf person I fell completely confident that I am receiving the best available support from this organisation in general and the Tweed Heads Office in particular. Graham
Very polite and caring.
Got hearing aids a few weeks ago, great product, wonderful staff, very helpful. Had minor user error problem which was immediately rectified. I am a very happy customer. Special thanks to Mark for showing me today what I needed to do.😊🎼😊
I went to get some hearing aid batteries for my grandson I wasn't aware they are now cashless, card only, I hadn't taken a card with me, lovely lady gave me a card of batteries, much appreciated, great service and thank you 🎈
