Excellent friendly professional service. I live in Cairns and my 96 year old Father is in Townsville Aged Care. All my dealings with staff, especially Melissa, whether in person or over the phone, is never too much trouble. The staff have been so helpful and understanding in all communications. Highly recommend and a big thank you.
