Fantastic. I cannot fault and Kim, my audiologist is so thorough and knowledgeable.
My wife suffered a sudden hearing loss due to infection. However, due to underlying health concerns, when the loss remained after the infection cleared, an urgent appointment was arranged with an ENT specialist and a hearing test requested in the interim. We only had time to get a test done at a retail audiologist in Armidale, however this was a very poor and unprofessional experience.
