My experiences at each visit to the Sorell branch has been exemplary. I have been treated as if they would do anything to make the transition into wearing hearing aids as positive and comfortable even pre-empting the possible difficulties . As well invitations to come in or call for any difficulties that I might encounter. I have been cared for by the staff with the upmost care in every aspect of the process.
