Have never actually been to the business but was walking past with my elderly father and a lady noticed he was struggling and came out to offer help. Thank you to this kind person.
Very poor service. Appointment cancelled and rescheduled for 2 weeks later following wait for weeks prior for appointment
My parents have come to visit and have had such poor service from Hearing Australia Sorrel that both their hearing aids are not working despite trying to get them repaired. Mum reports that the Service was dismissive and rude. Difficult for those who cannot hear properly. Very disappointing
