Hopeless! Drove out to Robina from Runaway Bay, not just up the road, for a fitting of new moulds which had been ordered by the Southport branch over 3 weeks ago. Only to be told on arrival that the moulds hadn't been received yet! No courtesy phone call, "because we just found out'! Not good enough. Not at all professional! If we can find another company to take over the care of my husband's hearing aids, we will.
Dale at the Robina office was fantastic. He was very informative and patient with my questions. I had previously been to HA in Victoria where I was happy with the service but Dean was a cut above. I highly recommend him to anyone investigating hearing issues and alternatives.
