BIG BOUQUETS Above and beyond the call of duty ! ! Barb and I are super impressed with the help Arthur gave us yesterday and today. We are two hearing challenged 'oldies' We took our TV transmitter with us on our scheduled visit because it was intermittently failing to send sound to our aids. ( provided by you guys two yrs ago) Arthur tested and tried various things , worked OK for Arthur but with a few queries left to solve at home. Incredibly kind and patient staff. The admin team are always so so lovely and we love our audiologist Kirsty. I’ve witnessed so many people come into this location and be cranky and quite rude to the admin staff, and every single time the staff respond with nothing but kindness and support no matter how rude the customer is. Actual saints on earth in my opinion. Thank you for everything you do for our family and your other customers. It is so appreciated.
